I wouldn’t mind just seeing a port of Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow on the 3DS or something. WiFi multiplayer games classic style!

I had this really cool idea for “Coraline 2" so I made a mockup-poster of it in 2009.

get kids to design monsters - they never fail to make them ridiculously freaky. Here’s the DA version.

Sick work brah

thanks, bud!

I did the opening animation for Liam and Woolie playing “Guacamelee!”, and I was the one that slowed down the music because I wanted more time for the intro. What a great art-style that game has… also blame me! I was going to add mariachi style music for the intro instead, which I whipped up (with help from a friend) but decided not to use it because it wasn’t going as well as I wanted. But maybe it wouldn’t hurt to have them replace it since almost everyone was so put off by the oh-so-horrible slowed-down tune.

after watching the first episode of “Login’ a Kurrah”, I couldn’t help but wonder if these characters were separated at birth.

helirabbit-studio asked:

I love your very varied range of styles. Do you make a point of practicing different styles, like the recent TBFP walking dead piece? Also, are there any tips on digital painting that you could share?

thanks! I actually do. I always wanted to be able to draw in many different ways, but as a result, I probably don’t have my “own” style - but that’s fine with me.

my best tips are universal art-tips: draw from life, observe how light/color/drawing styles/shapes/motion/and all other things work together (check out the tons and tons of reference books and tutorials online and offline), and just practice like a crazy lunatic and you will become GLORIOUS and better than me!
